Electric Lily is a bright and bold optical illusion technique for a 3d appearance. The camera of your phone can see more information that your eyes, however when you look through the camera's eye your own eye can see so much more. A hint of optical illusion in visible light pops off the canvas through a lense, if the lense is close to the canvas and above a bloom, you can see down into the flower as though you are above it but the image gets bent to exaggerate what is implied in visible light. the leaves appear to come up off the canvas. Then add blacklight... imagine bright green and lighter pinks, just a hint of blue water under the lily pads
